This is shown when a phone manufacturer does not know the company which produced the application. Football Predictor is an information service only, and contains no personal or financial information. No information can be read or sent from your phone without your permission. FootballPredictor does not try to read information from your phone, and only sends out requests for Prediction information.

What happens when I change my phone number, make or model?
As long as your new phone is a properly configured Java phone you will have no problems. Simply sign-up again with your new or your existing mobile phone number and you will receive a new SMS with the download instructions.

Make sure your mobile is turned on and you have a signal. Check your inbox of your phone as the message might have already been delivered. If all else fails, simply go back to the sign-up page and repeat the process. If this still does not work, contact us.

Why does Mobile Football Predictor get blocked from my telecom provider?
Many operators such as Vodafone and T-Mobile classify Mobile Football Predictor as adult content. This means that the user will be blocked from trying to download the application from the text message. Both require you to unblock your account by either paying a small refunded fee by credit card or calling customer services and verifying your age with some verification questions. Once Adult content check is unblocked the user will be able to download and use Mobile Football Predictor.

What happens if I receive a call or alert whilst using Mobile Football Predictor?
Your phone will still be able to receive inbound voice and SMS traffic. Mobile Football Predictor will be suspended and then reconnects automatically once the call has been completed.

What happens if the GPRS network drops out?
You will always be able to see the strength of the signal, as our application does not take over the entire screen. If the GPRS service drops out you will have to wait until the signal returns before proceeding. If the signal drops out while Mobile Football Predictor is talking to the server you will see a "please try again" message.
